This form does not apply to Bulk Liquid Fuels (Unleaded Petrol, Automotive Diesel, Low Sulphur Gas Oil, and Kerosene).
You can only upload one document per submission, up to 10MB. Be sure to have the front and back of your utility bill in one file.
If it is a new school or a new school building without MPRN or GPRN, please provide a copy of the ESB Network or Gas Network Ireland Connection Agreement with your registration.
