
The guides below were designed to assist primary and post-primary school leaders with using the eTenders platform. Official eTenders guides are available at the eTenders website; some of the guides are only visible once you are logged in.
Note: there have been updates implemented on eTenders platform on 14th May 2026. Anyone logging in to their eTenders account after that date must complete mandatory fields on the organisation details page. See "Introduction to eTenders" guide (paragraph 2.2.2) linked below for steps how to do it. |

Important: the standalone CAN must only be created when the competition it refers to was not advertised on eTenders!
Note: contracting authorities are required to publish contract award information for all procurements over €25,000 (exclusive of VAT), including any contract awarded under a Framework Agreement, on the eTenders website on completion of the award whether the procurement was advertised on eTenders or not (for example, via email).
