Request For Quotation (RFQ) and T&Cs templates

These documents have been developed to help schools make their procurement processes easier to conduct when sourcing goods and services up to the value threshold of €50,000.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) templates are available on request, for goods and services such as:


  • Art & Craft equipment and consumables

  • Dress Design equipment and consumables

  • Home Economics equipment and consumables

  • ICT equipment

  • ICT services

  • Music & Drama equipment and consumables

  • Physical Education equipment

  • T4 Subjects tools and equipment

  • Others


Each RFQ template provide a response format for suppliers/service providers to complete and return their quotations/proposals.


The standard Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) underpin these templates and must accompany every RFQ issued. Please note that within these T&Cs, only Clause 23 is editable to reflect circumstances where additional non-standard conditions need to be included (examples are provided for reference).
