OGP Contract for Natural Gas Supply
There is a central arrangement for natural gas supply established by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) that allows schools to secure a long-term contract with favourable rates and price protection.
Schools that have not yet joined the OGP contract should consider its benefits:

Long term contract results in budgetary certainty for over three years and eases administrative burden.
Single point of contact with a dedicated Key Account Manager will assist with any billing issues in a prompt manner.
How to join this contract:
Confirm with your current provider if you are in a formal, fixed-term contract.
If you are in contract check when it expires as early exit charges may apply.
Complete the form below using your school’s email address. Please, include scanned copies of both sides of your school’s most recent natural gas bill.
Note: If your application to join the OGP contract is related to a new school build or a new extension, please provide a copy of the please provide a copy of your Gas Network Ireland Connection Agreement with your registration.
What happens next:
Once the form is completed, the OGP will subsequently send you an offer of a contract.
If you accept the offer of this new contract, please complete the accompanying paperwork with the contract offer and return it to the email address supplied in the contract documentation as soon as possible.
